Delivery

Delivered in 1–3 days. Delivery is free on orders above ₹499; below that a ₹40 delivery fee applies.

Payment on delivery

Pay by cash or UPI when your order arrives.

Returns and refunds

Because our cookies are fresh food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives broken, damaged, incorrect or with a missing item, you can request a replacement or refund from My account → My orders within 24 hours of delivery (adding a photo helps us resolve it faster). Cancellations

You can cancel your order from My account → My orders any time before it is out for delivery. Cash on delivery orders need no refund; online payments are refunded in full to your original payment method.
