Where we deliver

Enter your pincode (and pin your location on the map, if asked) at checkout and we will tell you immediately whether we can deliver to you. If we cannot deliver to your address, you will see a message before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivered in 3–7 days. Orders are baked fresh and packed after you order, then handed to our delivery partner. Estimated times start from order confirmation (for online payments, from payment success). During festivals and sale days it may take a little longer; we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹449 and above.
• Below ₹449, a delivery fee of ₹65 applies.
• Some coupons give free delivery. The exact delivery fee and your total are always shown before you pay.

Order tracking

You can follow your order status (confirmed, baking, out for delivery, delivered) in My account → My orders. You will also get updates by SMS or WhatsApp. For help with an order, call or WhatsApp us at +917339935699.

Receiving your order

Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. If the delivery partner cannot reach you or the address is wrong, they will call you; after repeated failed attempts the order may be cancelled and, for prepaid orders, refunded as per our Cancellation & refund policy. Please check the pack at delivery and tell us at once if it is damaged.

Cash on delivery

Pay by cash or UPI to the delivery partner when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
